This policy describes how Mechanical Seal Sourcing handles fields submitted through inquiry forms. It is not a claim that we operate a factory or a brand-appointed reseller desk.
Inquiry forms collect name, work email and a procurement requirement. Company, phone, optional budget notes and optional supplier preference may also be sent. Preference and budget are merged into the existing requirement field at submit time when JavaScript is available; they are not extra backend field names.
We use the brief to ask named manufacturers for comparable factory quotes and to clarify shaft, chamber, fluid, quantity and destination. We do not sell inquiry lists. Supplier replies remain the supplier’s documents.
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to coordinate quotes and any follow-up you request. You may ask us to correct contact details in a later message. This site has no account login.
Hosting, email routing and the form action at /service/feedback.act may process the same fields. Manufacturer recipients receive the technical brief needed to quote; we do not present them as our employees.
